Водные ресурсы и региональное изменение климата на примере мегаполиса г. Алматы

Аннотация

Оценка уязвимости водных ресурсов урбанизированных территорий вследствие воздействия климатических факторов представляет сложную и актуальную проблему, решение которой имеет большое научное, социальное и прикладное значение. Интенсивность и изменение гидрологических характеристик водных объектов урбанизированных территорий существенно отличается от характеристик естественных природных водных объектов. Состояние водных объектов является важнейшим показателем экологического благополучия мегаполиса.  В статье проведена оценка современного изменения климата за теплый период года с 1971 по 2020 гг. и его влияния на водные ресурсы в теплый период года, на примере мегаполиса Алматы. Наблюдается рост температуры воздуха на всех исследуемых станциях от 0,17 °С/10 лет до 0,41 °С/10 лет. Наибольшее изменение характерно для предгорий (ОГМС Алматы). Характер изменения атмосферных осадков в пределах средних многолетних значений. Рассчитанные основные гидрологические характеристики речного стока показали, что наблюдается его повышение с конца 90-х годов XX века, что объясняется тенденцией роста температуры воздуха и таянием ледников. Предложены рекомендации по учету влияния природных факторов на водные ресурсы г. Алматы. Управление водными ресурсами влияет на многие области жизнедеятельности человека.
